The location of the hotel is excellent - within 10-minute walking distance to the old town, but not right at the centre of it where the noise and crowd level is extremely high. The hotel is aesthetically designed to a high standard. The owner obviously made a lot of effort on the interior. Free bikes to use, which is very convenient to travel around the small town of Hoi An. Did not use the riverside bar or the private beach, so couldn't comment on that. The hotel staff are very helpful.

The hotel is well located, just outside the old town, walk 5-10 min to reach the old town. The hotel is part of a group of hotels. It is a boutique hotel The rooms are nice and large, and very well designed, facing the river The swimming pool on the roof is nice.

- The staff were excellent; friendly, welcoming and helpful. - The rooms were great; nice and big and nicely decorated. - The free use of bicycles was brilliant; we used them a lot. - The location was great; right by the river and close to town - The view from the pool was wonderful; overlooking the river and into the distance. - The breakfast was fine; not great but ok

We really loved our stay here. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable with a great view of the river. We loved the pool it had a great view and was really relaxing. The breakfasts was one of the best in Vietnam. We also got massages at the spa which was excellent. We had cocktails by the pool and on the river boat which was so nice to watch the full moon and lantern festival. We stayed for our honeymoon and they had made a very cute cake and room set up.

Hoi An is our favourite city in Vietnam! There is a lot of variety to see and do. And Little Riverside Hoi An is truly a gem of a hotel in the city. Little Riverside is probably the best hotel which we loved most in all of Vietnam. There is much to love about this hotel. First and foremost, every single staff is so helpful and friendly. We feel so well taken care of by all. Aimee was the one who looked after us right from the start. She welcomed us with a drink each and a small dessert. She explained how everything worked, she organised our taxis for us, she organised our tour to Ba Na Hills, explained Hoi An to us - for all intents and purposes she was almost our very own personal tour guide! Then of course there's May, who was the one who corresponded with us when we were looking to book the hotel. She patiently explained everything really well, arranged for our transit from Da Nang airport to the hotel. Both Aimee and May are superbly friendly and courteous - they made us feel at home. And so is every single staff in the entire hotel! The hotel itself is so beautiful, colourful, immaculate and clean. The rooms we got were of good sized, beds were comfortable, and were also very tastefully decorated. It has a very "modern classic" feel to the whole hotel. The hotel backs to the river, where the restaurant overseas it. The breakfast (highly recommended) has a huge variety of cooked food, fruits, salads, vegetables, desserts, and they all taste real good! And of course, the Vietnam coffee is just so good. The location of the hotel is great too. We just walk out, turn left, and walk for just about 7 minutes and we are there at the markets, restaurants, shops, and of course tailors. We hadn't realised until we arrived in Vietnam that Hoi An was literally the tailor capital of the world! There's apparently well over 500 tailors in Hoi An!

The hotel is lovely and I love the feature wall made of roof tile and the other little quaint touches throughout the hotel. The staff at the hotel were nice. We had a great massage at the spa. The rooms are comfortable and the bath tub is huge. The view from the roof-top pool is great. Love the location of the hotel. The area is it located at is fairly quiet and traffic is not heavy but near enough to walk to the Old Quarter where there are lots of tourists and bustle. There is a quieter walking path by the river behind the hotel and I suggest using that to walk to the Old Quarter than the main road. There are also lots of restaurants along that path for riverside dining. Check out the cafes nearby. I recommend U Cafe and The Inner HoiAn.

From the moment we arrived we knew this property was going to be a great place to unwind for our weeks stay. Our check-in was friendly and everything we needed to know for our stay was explained clearly. The property had fantastic view from the pool deck and our room, the breakfast was delicous. Our room faced the river and was beautiful and spacious. From the moment you arrive and walk to reception you know that you have chosen the right property. This boutique hotel was an easy walk to all sites including the bamboo circus which anyone visiting should go and see. Thanks to the most friendly staff helpful staff in Vietnam - Min, Aimee and Shaun who made our stay memorable, thank you so much!

Everything about Little Riverside is wonderful, the rooms, the location, the restaurant, breakfast but most of all the staff. We met some of them three years ago just prior COVID and they were still here. They embody everything that an establishment needs to strive for. Led from the front by Jenny who is so proud of the Little Riverside and her staff and so she should be. The staff also talk so positively about working at Little Riverside and being led and trained by Jenny. After staying there three years ago and planning to return to Vietnam and Hoi An again, we recommended to our friends who are travelling with us we should stay at the Little Riverside. We were nervous that it might have changed, but no it had not, it was still the same amazing place and people. Little Riverside is an incredible experience, come and stay you won’t regret it.

What a Hotel. A boutique hotel 5minutes walk from the center of Hoi An riverside. From arrival to checkout the staff were friendly and helpful with out being over the top. The rooms were very well appointed and had everything you would expect especially a large bathroom and a great shower. Restaurant for breakfast and evenings had a range of food both western and Vietnamese selections . Also used the hotel spa which was very good a relaxation massage with Carol was one of the best i have experienced I would be happy to stay again on a return visit and recommend the hotel highly. The Hoi An Luxury Hotel is truly a gem. We had a good size room with plenty of space for our luggages and move around. The bathroom was large as well. Best part is our room had the view of the river which was very calming during the day and night. I had a massage at their Spa and truly loved it. The staff were super friendly as well and breakfast, even dinner was an experience. We also had a complimentary dinner when we arrived. I would book at Hoi An Luxury Hotel again and refer to friends and family.
